Our Story

SNL Foundation is the CSI extension of SNL, Styled by Ntsoaki Ledimo. We are a fashion house curated for a good cause, where goodwill is always in fashion and community building is at the heart of everything we do.

Our foundation serves as a charitable vehicle that empowers, educates and supports different community needs in association with other like-minded partners and organizations. We believe in making a difference in previously disadvantaged communities who struggle to access quality healthcare.

Proceeds from SNL are dedicated to supporting cancer research, improving healthcare access for those who struggle to reach it, and procuring mobile clinics that can serve disadvantaged communities.

Ntsoaki Ledimo Founder & Visionary

A South African entrepreneur passionate about philanthropy and healthcare. Born in the Free State, Ntsoaki's personal journey with cancer - losing her father to the disease and surviving breast cancer herself - ignited her mission to improve healthcare access and education in underserved communities. As a businesswoman with investments in hospitality and fashion, and an official judge for Miss World South Africa, Ntsoaki combines her business acumen with her deep commitment to community healing.

Our Programs & Impact

Mobile Health Clinics

Partnering with skilled healthcare professionals like nurse Sebabatso Tsaoane, we operate mobile clinics, bringing health services directly to disadvantaged communities in Bloemfontein and surrounding areas.

Cancer Education & Training

We train traditional healers, faith-based leaders, and professional nurses on cancer origins and diagnosis to better serve black communities and increase awareness about the seriousness of the illness.

Community Outreach

From school shoe drives in partnership with Batsumi Bikers to food parcel donations, we support various community needs. We also work with youth soccer teams and partner with organizations like Bloem Girls Rock.

Prioritizing Women's Health

Through screening, treatment and healing from cancer, we’re making a tangible difference in women’s lives across South Africa. Our comprehensive approach includes early detection, education, and ongoing support for patients and their families.
