Born in Welkom in the Free State, Ntsoaki is a businesswoman with investments spanning retail, hospitality, and couture fashion. She is a proud judge of Miss World South Africa, where she mentors young women poised to represent the nation on the world stage.
But beyond the runway, Ntsoaki is a survivor and a changemaker. Her personal journey with breast cancer ignited a mission to uplift underserved communities by improving access to healthcare, education, and support. She founded SNL Foundation, the social impact arm of her couture brand SNL — Styled by Ntsoaki Ledimo.
The SNL Foundation
Ever a wanderlust, Ntsoaki spent a great deal of her growing up away from home in Bloemfontein, where she got her education and learned life skills as a young woman and a budding fashion entrepreneur. She then travelled the world, honing her businesswoman journey in the UK before returning home to grow her career further. She spent over 20 years within the Foschini group and AVI Spitz, in the process launching brands for Edcon & Topshop among others. In the UK she worked in major retail companies like Alders, Debenhams as well as Marks and Spencer’s.
SNL Foundation is a philanthropic platform rooted in compassion, community, and empowerment. It was created to address systemic healthcare disparities, raise cancer awareness, and support women and children in underserved regions of South Africa.
From mobile health clinics to school shoe drives, the foundation partners with like-minded organizations to deliver real impact. Whether it’s educating traditional healers about early cancer detection, empowering women with knowledge about reproductive health, or providing youth with essential resources — the SNL Foundation stands as a beacon of hope and healing.
